Refund Policy
Return Process:
- Get in Touch: Call us at 469-272-6363 or email info@brandmydispo.com for assistance.
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from receipt to report issues like damaged items or request a return.
Return Fees:
- Faultless Returns: If the error isn't on your end, we'll waive all fees.
- Customer Error: If the return is due to buyer's remorse or a similar reason, there's a $15 fee per label.
Custom Orders:
- All custom orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.
Used Products:
- Any used product is considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping:
- Responsibility: It's up to you to pack, ship, and ensure the return package using a traceable method.
- Address: Send returns to Fulfillment Center Returns, 11327 East 20th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74128.
- Condition: Items should be in new condition and in original packaging.
Refunds:
- Shipping Charges: Refunded only if the product was mis-shipped or defective.
- Return Authorization: Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
- Inspection: All returns are inspected to ensure they're 100% complete.
- Free Items: Any free items included with a purchase must also be returned.
- Case Returns: If you return less than a case quantity, the refund price will be adjusted.
- Carrier Claims: It's your responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any delivery issues or damage to the returned shipment.
- Clearance Items: No returns can be made on clearance items; they're final sales.
- Credit Issuance: Refunds are issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
- Refund Timing: We'll issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return.
Reporting Issues:
- Shipment Discrepancies: Report any shortages, discrepancies, or damaged shipments within 7 business days after receipt.
- Defective Merchandise: You have 7 days to report any defective merchandise or parts.
Types of Return Requests:
- Restocking Fees: Applied for buyer remorse, incomplete returns, or refused delivery.
- No Restocking Fees: For items materially different from the order or damaged items.
- Undeliverable Orders: No restocking fee, but a $18 charge per box if the buyer provided the wrong address or refused delivery.
Checking Order Status:
- If you return products, you can check your order status by contacting Customer Service at info@brandmydispo.com from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT Mon-Fri.
- Remember to have your order number handy when you call. You'll receive a response by email within 48 hours after submitting your request.
